When I was little, my siblings and I used to complain about constantly having our picture taken; we simply couldn't go anywhere without my mother taking a hundred pictures of our activities. But all those pictures are now priceless treasures. I absolutely love to look back at those old photos and reminisce. As much as we complained about the camera, I developed an strong interest in photography during high school as the editor-in-chief of the school's yearbook. In 2008, I bought my first SLR camera and have been hooked ever since.

Though photography is certainly a passion, physical therapy is my true calling. I studied at Saint Louis University and am currently employed as a physical therapist. Because I do have a separate job, I have decided to limit my business to family and individual portraits as of 2012.

If you have a question about any of my pictures or would like to schedule a session, please send me an email at mbbarringer@gmail.com. Thanks!
